CHICAGO BEACH ENGAGEMENT SESSION

While we didn't get the chance of taking the engagement photos downtown (the DNC was the same weekend I flew out there...bad timing..) I still had some time prior to Scott & Beck's session to wander around to capture some location images- and I'm so glad I did! I would love to go back to Chicago anytime for any couple - you can't go wrong with these iconic city shots.
 
We started the evening with a family session at Scott's lake home with his siblings and parents, then we drove out to Goose Point lighthouse for some beach photos. During my trip out there I learned that Illinois is home to one of only 8 baha'i temples in the world. This temple is stunning all around! It was already pretty dark by the time we got to the temple but we were able to squeeze in a few photos before it got too too dark.

These two will be making their debut in Minnesota at The Aisling in Hudson, Wisconsin next year and I'm SO looking forward to it!
